July Shelter of the Month Spotlight: Noah Project
When it comes to supporting cats in West Michigan, collaboration is everything. For July, CatCause is proud to feature the Noah Project in Muskegon as our official Shelter of the Month!
Program Coordinator, Michael, was tasked with Wishlist fulfillment pick-up and delivery for the monthly campaign. He had this to say after an incredible meeting: "Noah Project is a wonderful group with a shared mission in animal welfare. It was a pleasure getting to know the staff & volunteers last week, and I look forward to volunteering at their upcoming events."
As a dedicated no-kill shelter doing incredible work for local animals, the Noah Project is right on the front lines—especially during the heavy demands of summer and kitten season.
Direct Action, Real Impact
Instead of simply sending funds, we believe in putting resources directly where they are needed most. For this month's collaboration, we matched items directly from their Wishlist to tackle their immediate day-to-day operational needs.
Our latest supply drop included a balanced mix of foundation essentials:
Purina Kitten Chow to fuel the growing little ones currently in their care.
Arm & Hammer Clump & Seal Slide Litter to keep facilities clean, fresh, and comfortable.
Seeing the supplies stacked and ready to go into rotation at their Muskegon facility is what CatCause is all about: acting as a force-multiplier for the organizations already doing the heavy lifting in our communities.
What’s Next?
Supporting shelters isn’t just a one-time event; it’s an ongoing commitment. We are continuing our work behind the scenes and through local outreach to ensure Michigan rescues have the community backing they deserve.
