At CatCause, every item is custom-printed just for you to support our animal shelter partners.

30-Day Quality Guarantee
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

How to Initiate a Return
If your order arrives damaged or there is a printing error, please email us at director@catcause.org with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with our printing partner to send you a replacement at no additional cost to you!

Exchanges & Buyer's Remorse
Because our products are made-to-order, we do not typically accept returns or exchanges for "buyer's remorse" or incorrect size selection. Please consult our size charts before ordering. However, donor satisfaction is our priority—if you have an issue with your order, please reach out so we can find a solution.

Return Shipping
For items deemed defective, we cover all reshipment costs. For any other authorized returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
