Community Impact: Exceeding Our $250 Matching Gift Goal for Tyson’s Place Animal Rescue

CatCause recently partnered with two local West Michigan organizations: Tyson's Place Animal Rescue (Holland, MI) and their mobile veterinary service, Vetr Health (Grand Rapids, MI). The campaign goal was to spread awareness and raise crucial funds dedicated to supporting senior cats and their senior owners, including those facing terminal illness.

The matching gift of $250 was almost immediately met by a generous donor, and the campaign successfully raised $1,000 for Tyson's Place Animal Rescue in just one week.

What is the mission of Tyson's Place Animal Rescue?

Tyson's Place Animal Rescue assists terminally ill individuals in caring for their pets and finding them loving new families when the time comes. The organization operates on the belief that pets are cherished family members who provide vital comfort to their owners until the very end. However, when an owner can no longer provide that care, Tyson's Place steps in to ensure no pet is left without a home or a heart to love them.
